Ludhiana, September 8, 2013: Kamalinder Kumar Singla Presiding Officer along with the election committee members Rajan Gupta, Ravi Mahajan and Manjinder Singh Sachdeva, today clarified that the timing to file nomination papers on September 9 for the United Cycle and Parts Manufacturers Association (UCPMA), Ludhiana officer-bearers election will be from 10 am to 4 pm in UCPMA Office.
Scrutiny of the nomination papers received up to 4 pm will be done immediate after 4 pm.
Withdrawal can be made on September 10 upto 12 noon.
The members are informed that the total valid voters who can vote only with biometric I-cards are 1,879.
The election committee assured a very free and fair election on September 14.
