Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU), Ludhiana conducts a special meeting with PS Ghuman, Zonal Municipal Commissioner and other officials of Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana.
Ludhiana, September 28, 2013: With the imposition of Property Tax, Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU), Ludhiana conducted a special meeting with PS Ghuman, Zonal Municipal Commissioner and other officials of Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana.
Details of property tax such as different rates, completion of forms and online submission of forms and payments were explained in this meeting.
Inderjit Singh Pardhan, President of CICU, welcomed Ghuman for apprising leading industrialists about the property tax. Avtar Singh, General Secretary, CICU said that property tax formula is very simple and standardised. To promote education in the state, all educational institutions have been provided 50% rebate on property tax. Complete details are available on www.mcludhiana.gov.in.
Upkar Singh, Joint Secretary, CICU said that self assessment is the main feature of property tax. The computation of the tax is very simple and systematic for all types of residential, commercial, industrial and vacant plots. 10% rebate is available for payment of property tax by 30th November 2013.
This meeting was attended by Charanjit Singh Vishivkarma, President UCPMA, Manjit Singh Khalsa, S.M. Mehta, Rajnish Ahuja, G.S. Kahlon, Inderjit Nagpal, Ram Labhaya, Rajnish Bansal, Advocate, Manmohan Singh Ubhi, S.C. Ralhan and Inderjit Singh Navyug.
