Ludhiana News/ BRADO signs MoU with China Bicycle Association

Bicycle Research and Development Organisation (BRADO) president Manjinder Singh Sachdeva on Friday signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) with China Bicycle Association (CBA) president Ma Zhong Chau for `High End Bicycle & Alloy Parts of Bicycle For Technology Transfer’ between both the countries at Ludhiana, a group photograh taken on the occasion.

Ludhiana, December 13, 2013: Bicycle Research and Development Organisation (BRADO) president Manjinder Singh Sachdeva on Friday signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) with China Bicycle Association (CBA) president Ma Zhong Chau for `High End Bicycle & Alloy Parts of Bicycle For Technology Transfer’ between both the countries.
Carban & Alloy Bicycle which is the demand of Europe is  still not manufactured in India because of  non-availability of  raw material & Technology. Now with the help CBA, Brado will Introduce new technology in India, said Manjinder Singh Sachdeva.
Bicycle parts such as Derailer, Gear shifter, Disc brake, Alloy wheel, Alloy Rim , Carban Frame-Fork  which are totally imported in Indian bicycles due to non-availability of technology, said Gurmeet Singh Kular,  General Secretary, Brado.
China Bicycle Association President Ma Zhang Chao signed Mou with Brado that China will exchange new technology for the above products for the new research and development and announced that within two year this technology and parts will be available in India
Om Parkash Munjal CMD, Pankaj Munjal MD, S.K. Rai MD Works  Hero Cycles Ltd, Onkar Singh Pahwa CMD Avon Cycles Ltd, Harminder Singh Nova, S.S. Bhogal, Tejwinder Singh Bigben, Harjeet Singh Sondh finance Secretary Brado, Jagatvir Singh Director Brado, Rajiv Jain Director Brado, Chaman Lal Tangri, Ashwani Parbakar of Rolex Cycle were among those present on the occasion.
This is first time when China-India signed agreement for the technology transfer.
