Ludhiana, July 23, 2026: The Ludhiana Management Association (LMA), affiliated with the All India Management Association (AIMA), successfully organized The Growth Journey of Cremica Session here on Wednesday evening.
The keynote session was delivered by Anoop Bector, Managing Director, Mrs. Bector Foods Specialities Ltd. (Cremica), who was accompanied by Padma Shri Rajni Bector, Founder of Mrs. Bector Foods.
The event commenced with a welcome address by Shobhan Sohi, General Secretary, LMA. The distinguished guests were welcomed with bouquets by Sandeep Jain (Monte Carlo) and Rattandeep Singh (Asian Cranes).
During the session, Anoop Bector shared the inspiring journey of Mrs. Bector Foods, highlighting its transformation from a home-based venture started in Ludhiana in 1978 into one of India's leading food companies with a presence in over 69 countries. He spoke about the company's growth through innovation, quality, customer trust, technology adoption, and continuous expansion while emphasizing the importance of strong values, operational excellence, and long-term vision.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from industrialists, entrepreneurs, professionals, and management students, followed by an engaging interaction with the audience.
The program concluded with the Presidential Remarks by Gaurav Munjal (Hero Ecotech), President, LMA, who thanked the speakers for sharing their inspiring entrepreneurial journey. As a token of appreciation, a memento was presented to Mr. Anoop Bector and Padma Shri Rajni Bector by the Neeraj Jain (Past President and Joint Director of Vardhman Textiles), Dr. Sandeep Puri (Member), Sandeep Jain (Sr. Vice President and M.D Monte Carlo), Gaurav Munjal (President) and Shobhan Soi (General Secretary) of Ludhiana Management Association (LMA).
The session once again reflected LMA's commitment to bringing accomplished industry leaders onto a common platform to inspire, educate, and strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the region.
