Ludhiana Management Association (LMA) Concludes its 47th Annual Awards Function with Grandeur
The Ludhiana Management Association (LMA), in collaboration with the All India Management Association (AIMA), successfully hosted its 47th Annual Awards Function at Radisson Blu Hotel, Ludhiana.
Ludhiana, December 12, 2025: The Ludhiana Management Association (LMA), in collaboration with the All India Management Association (AIMA), successfully hosted its 47th Annual Awards Function at Radisson Blu Hotel, Ludhiana.
The event was honored by the esteemed presence of Gulab Chand Kataria, Governor of Punjab and Administrator of UT Chandigarh, as the Chief Guest and Sanjeev Arora Cabinet Minister, Punjab (Industry & Commerce, Investment Promotion, Power, and NRI Affairs) as the Guest of Honor.
The prestigious ceremony celebrated excellence in leadership, innovation, and sustainable business practices. The following awardees were recognized for their outstanding contributions in their respective categories:
• The LMA-Vardhman Award for Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 was presented to Avinash Gupta, Managing Director of R.N Gupta & Company Limited, for his exceptional leadership and entrepreneurial success.
• The LMA-Dayanand Munjal Award for Manager of the Year 2024 was awarded to Puneet Vij, Managing Director at Groz-Beckert Carding India Limited, for his exemplary managerial contributions.
• The LMA-Trident Award for Young Innovative Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 was bestowed upon Komal Sharma Talwar Founder of TT Consultants and XLSCOUT, in recognition of her innovation-driven entrepreneurship.
• The LMA-Sat Paul Mittal Lifetime Achievement Award of the Year 2024 was conferred on Sanjiv Mehta Executive Chairman L Catterton, for his lifetime contributions to business and industry.
• The LMA-Hari Chand Award for Excellence in Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) of the Year 2024 went to Anurag Gupta Managing Director Usha Yarns Limited, for his outstanding efforts in Environment, Social and Governance (ESG).
• The LMA-Sohan Lal Pahwa Award for Emerging SME of the Year 2024 was awarded to Rajan Mittal, Managing Director Forge Auto International Limited, for his achievements in building a thriving small and medium enterprise.
• The LMA-Mrs. Bector's Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2024 was presented to Shradha Suri Marwah, Chairperson & Managing Director Subros Limited, for her inspiring entrepreneurial leadership.
• The LMA-Krishna-Pran Award for Excellence in Social Responsibility & Higher Purpose of the Year 2024 was presented to Pritpal Singh, Proprietor Hanspal Traders, for his outstanding effort in Social Responsibility and Higher Purpose.
In his address, Chief Guest Gulab Chand Kataria not only applauded the achievements of the awardees but also spoke passionately about youth empowerment. He emphasized that the future growth of the nation rests in the hands of young leaders equipped with vision, integrity, and a spirit of innovation.
