Subimal Banerjee, takes over as Regional Head, OBC, Ludhiana.
Ludhiana, December 7, 2014: Subimal Banerjee, Deputy General Manager, Oriental Bank of Commerce has taken over as Regional Head, Regional Office, Ludhiana. Earlier he was posted at Department of Information Technology, Corporate Office, Gurgaon.
Ludhiana Region of Oriental Bank of Commerce comprises of 76 branches and equal number of ATMs in Ludhiana & Moga districts with business mix of Rs.8,300 Crores plus.
Banerjee joined the Bank in the year 1980. During his long banking service, he has held various important assignments at all levels and has been instrumental in developing various IT modules for the Bank.
Banerjee said, that augmenting CASA Deposit, Retail Credit Business and recovery in NPA accounts is in top of the agenda. Further, he added that his focus will be on providing best customer service leading to Customer Delight and Wow feeling for OBC customers. Promoting latest IT products amongst OBC customers particularly Mobile Banking is also of paramount importance.
