L&T Constructions conduct joint campus placement drive at CT Group of Institutions

Out of 164, 48 candidates shortlisted for Personal Interview by the company

Jalandhar, March 29, 2019: World famous construction company, Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) visited CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur Campus for Joint Campus Drive for Diploma (Civil/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automobile/ Environment Health & Safety Instrumentation & Mining) 2019 passing out batch.

The company selected four institutes for the drive namely CT Group of Institutions, Mehr Chand Polytechnic, Amritsar Polytechnic and Thapar Polytechnic Colleges and 164 students from these institutions were eligible to appear in the drive conducted.

The selection process entailed a rigorous criterion of PPT, Online Aptitude Test and Personal Interview and 48 candidates are shortlisted for PI on the basis of which the company would select the students, who would undergo training. The students would get salary package of Rs 1.8 lakh for one year at project sites during training.

After the successful completion of training, the students would be given the salary package of Rs. 3.5 lakh per annum. Apart from this they would get other benefits & incentives.

Company officials introduced their company Larsen & Toubro as a USD 15 billion technology, engineering, construction, manufacturing and financial services conglomerate with global operations.
