Love You Papa Online Event Organized

Jalandhar: Student Welfare Committee-Tejasvi Doaba  of Doaba College Jalandhar virtually celebrated Father’s Day with the theme “Love You Papa”. The event was very unique as fathers of many students participated in this eventalong with 105 participants  . Principal Dr. Pardeep Bhandari, Doaba College Jalandhar, while sharing the screen with his father Sh. Jagmohan Bhandari, said that father adds strength and confidence in our lives and every father is a role model and superhero for their children.All the dignitaries were accorded a hearty welcome by Pprf Sonia Arora and Prof Surjeet Kaur Convenors of the organizing committee.

Event began with dance performance by students Jyotika and Muskan. Arti expressed her adoration towards her father through hand made card and Aseem presented his emotional bond with his father through emotive letter.Meaningful fun activities were alos organized during this occasion viz“Stepping Generation” game in which Sh. Parveen Rawal father of Rashi Rawal  was declared overall winner. Sh. Varinder Singh, father of Sakshi bagged title of“Chupe Rustam – Papa”  . In “Sarvagun Sampann – Papa” fathers –Harish Mahindru, Sham Lal and Darshan Singh were declared the winners. Poster Making competition was also organized on the occasion in which Kalpana Bhatia bagged 1st, Gagandeeo Singh bagged 2nd and Alisha and Khusboo bagged third and Anisha , Kanchan and Rohit bagged consolation prizes.Prof Priya Chopra, Dr Aarti Mago, Dr naiya , Dr Bharti and Dr Jasvinderjit facilitated in organizing these activities.
