Sony SAB’s mythological saga Gatha Shiv Parivaar Ki – Ganesh Kartikey traces the sacred journey of Lord Ganesh (Nirnay Samadhiya) as he sets out on the revered Ashtavinayak Aastha Yatra. Weaving spiritual splendour with warm, intimate family moments, the show captures the divine parivaar’s experiences of love, duty, inner conflicts, and the power of forgiveness.

In the upcoming episodes, as Sindhurasur’s (Nirbhay Wadhwa) plans begin to fall apart, his subordinates Uddand (Vipul Pandey) and Kamalasur (Saiyog Sogani) try to abduct Riddhi (Narayani Varne) and Siddhi (Shreya Patel). Their attempt is stopped when Lord Kartikeya (Subhan Khan) steps in to protect them, even choosing to surrender himself to ensure their safety. Lord Kartikeya is taken captive along with Lord Vishnu (Vikash Salgotra), while Ganesh confronts Uddand in battle and continues forward on the path of the Ashtavinayak Yatra. With both Kamalasur and Uddand failing, Sindhurasur finally decides to face Lord Ganesh himself. A powerful divine battle follows, during which Ganesh takes on his Mayureshwar Avatar, revealing his six-armed form and immense strength, and defeats Sindhurasur. However, just before his end, Sindhurasur activates seven other sins across different villages. While the demon is destroyed, the impact of his actions continues to affect the world. Understanding that his task is not yet complete, Ganesh prepares to move ahead towards Siddhatek, determined to remove the remaining doshas and restore faith and balance.

Nirbhay Wadhwa, playing the role of Sindhurasur in Ganesh Kartikey shared, “Sindhurasur is not just a demon driven by power, he represents unchecked ego and the chaos it creates. In this track, even as Ganesh defeats him, Sindhurasur’s final act shows that destruction doesn’t always end with one battle. Portraying this phase was intense because it underlines an important truth that evil often leaves behind consequences, and restoring balance takes far more than just defeating one force. This confrontation with Lord Ganesh marks the beginning of a deeper spiritual journey rather than its conclusion.”
