Ludhiana, March 1, 2024: The Ludhiana Management Association (LMA) proudly announced the commencement of its innovative series of workshops designed to enhance communication skills among students of professional colleges. 

This initiative, spearheaded by the LMA Students' Forum, seeks to diminish the gap between academic preparation and industry requirements, equipping students with the skills necessary for success in the professional realm.

The initiative kicked off with a highly engaging workshop at the College of Business Studies, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), attended by more than 70 eager MBA students. Dr. Naresh Sachdev, the Chair of the Student Forum at LMA and the Director at B School, PCTE Group of Institutes, highlighted the transformative potential of the Student Forum in shaping the careers of new graduates. 

Rahul Sharma, Co-Chair of the Student Forum at LMA and Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Crescendo Global, delivered a captivating session on the pivotal role of communication skills. By drawing on examples from ancient Indian history, Rahul Sharma not only imparted valuable lessons but also connected the participants with India's rich cultural legacy.

Harpreet Kang, President of LMA and Dean of External Affairs at PCTE Group of Institutes, remarked, "This workshop represents a crucial step towards our goal of preparing students not just for the job market, but for leadership roles in their future endeavours. 

Raghav Choudhary, General Secretary of LMA and Managing Director of Crescendo Global, added, "The enthusiasm and feedback from the students have been incredibly positive.
