Livasa Hospital Amritsar announces cardiology OPD in Pathankot
Livasa Hospital Amritsar, in association with SKR Hospital & Trauma Centre, Pathankot on Wednesday announced the launch of a specialised cardiology OPD in Pathankot. Led by Dr. Anil Sharma, senior consultant–interventional cardiology, the OPD will be conducted every Wednesday from 12 pm to 2 pm at SKR Hospital & Trauma Centre.

Pathankot, October 7, 2026: Livasa Hospital Amritsar, in association with SKR Hospital & Trauma Centre, Pathankot on Wednesday announced the launch of a specialised cardiology OPD in Pathankot. Led by Dr. Anil Sharma, senior consultant–interventional cardiology, the OPD will be conducted every Wednesday from 12 pm to 2 pm at SKR Hospital & Trauma Centre.
Dr. Rajiv Kundra, facility director, Livasa Hospital Amritsar, said ,”The initiative is aimed at improving access to specialist cardiac care and enabling patients to seek timely evaluation for heart-related symptoms, cardiac risk factors and existing heart conditions without having to travel to another city for an initial specialist consultation.”
The OPD will also provide evaluation and guidance for patients who may require further assessment for coronary blockages, heart valve-related conditions, rhythm disorders, peripheral arterial disease and other cardiovascular conditions.
