Ludhiana, November 3, 2026: Lions Club Ludhiana Goodwill celebrated its 32nd Installation Ceremony with great enthusiasm, fellowship and festive spirit at Sutlej Club, Ludhiana. The memorable evening brought together Lions members, Leo members and their families to celebrate leadership, service and togetherness.
The installation ceremony was conducted by Lion Sanjeev Sood MJF, Chief Multiple PRO MD321, who served as the Installation Officer. Lion Mukesh Madaan, DCS District 321-F, officiated as the Induction Officer.
Lion Sanjay Goel assumed the leadership of the club, accompanied by First Lady Lion Suruchi Goel.
A significant highlight of the ceremony was the installation of eight new members, who joined the Lions family with a commitment to serve humanity and contribute to community welfare.
The club also celebrated the proud milestone of 70 Years of Lionism in India. To commemorate this historic occasion, a special cake-cutting ceremony was organised, beautifully conducted by the enthusiastic Leo members, symbolising the spirit of continuity, youth leadership and service.
Adding to the festive charm, the evening also featured a joyful Diwali Celebration. Gifts were presented to all members as a token of love and appreciation, followed by a lively musical night filled with music, dance and entertainment. The celebrations created a wonderful atmosphere of friendship, family bonding and togetherness.
The programme was supported by the dedicated team of office bearers such as Master of Ceremony: Lion R. P. Bansal and LEO Sanchi Goel; Zone Chairperson: Lion Deepak Jain CA; Immediate Past President: Lion Gaurav Mittal; Secretary: Lion Dinesh Goel; Treasurer: Lion Navtej Singh; PRO: Lion Gagandeep Singh; Installation Chairperson: Lion H. P. S. Khurana; and Installation Co-Chairperson: Lion P. K. Gupta.
The celebration was a beautiful blend of leadership, service, tradition and entertainment. The club reiterated its commitment to the Lions motto “We Serve”, pledging to continue its humanitarian initiatives and strengthen the bonds of Lions fellowship.
The evening concluded with warm Diwali greetings and renewed enthusiasm to serve society with dedication and compassion.
