LIC of India organises insurance awareness marathon in Ludhiana

Ludhiana, September 2, 2018: An insurance awareness marathon was organised on Sunday by LIC of India, Divisional Office at Ludhiana, as Life Insurance Corporation of India completed its glorious 62 years of its incorporation on 1st September, 2018.
The marathon was organized under the leadership of L.C.Pipil, Senior Divisional Manager, LIC of India, Ludhiana. It was participated among others by employees, officers, policyholders and others.
Speaking on the occasion, Pipil said the objective of organising the event was to create awareness about insurance security among the masses.
Adding, the divisional manager said that LIC of India had succeeded in its objective, which was evident from the fact that today it had more than 29 crores policyholders. The faith shown by the policyholders had made LIC of India the topmost insurance company despite presence of 23 private insurance companies in the market.
