Chandigarh, June 14, 2026: GB Legends & Chasmah Shah Sports organised the 2nd edition of the Legends Junior Tour under the Legends Tee Box Junior Golf Series 2026, at the Chandigarh Golf Club. The tournament for young golfers concluded with a prize distribution ceremony that saw Amit Sood, CEO, GB Legends; Darvesh Kumar, Founder, Chasmah Shah Sports and Tee Box; R S Virk, President, Chandigarh Golf Club(CGC); Shona Singh, Chairman Tournament Committee (CGC) and Amarbir S. Lehal, Hony. Secretary, CGC giving away the prizes.

Darvesh Kumar, Founder, Chasmah Shah Sports, said: “The Tee Box Junior Golf Series 2026 consists of six Legend Junior Tours events scheduled throughout the year, providing aspiring golfers with a platform to showcase their talent. Our objective at Chasmah Shah Sports is to make children play golf, learn it and compete to grow in the sport. Our vision is to build tomorrow’s champions.”

Meanwhile, the tournament witnessed outstanding performances from 73 young golfers competing across multiple age categories, demonstrating remarkable skill, sportsmanship, and dedication to the game.
The tourney was held for both boys and girls in the age categories of A (15-17 years), B (13-14 years), C (11-12 years), D (9-10 years), A+(18-21 years), E (7-8 years) and F (6 years & below).
Best Gross (Boys – Combined Categories A, B, C & D) award was bagged by Zorawar Singh Chahal while Rajeeta clinched the Best Gross Award (Girls – Combined Categories A, B, C & D). Angat Singh won the award in Boys Combined Category E & F, while Anaysha Bhargava won the award in Girls Combined Category E & F. In Girls A+ category Charvi Ved (80) bagged the Champion award.
As far as category wise performances and scores go,; in Category A (Boys) - Rannvijay Singh (75) took the top spot while Kairav Singh (78) was adjudged runner-up and Adishwar Singh Chahal (79) 2nd runner-up.
In Category A(Girls) – Rajeeta (80) was declared winner, Gurbanie Singh Star (82) the runner-up and Ganika Goyal (103) 2nd runner-up.
In Category B(Boys)- Aryaveer Singh Grewal (88) was adjudged winner on the basis of best back 6 and Avraaham Verma (88) was adjudged runner-up. Pradhyumna V. Upadhyaya (92) attained the 2nd runner-up position.
In Category B(Girls)- Ojaswini Mahajan (87) was declared winner & Anhad Kaur Pandher (101) runner-up.
In Category C(Boys) Sohraab Singh Talwar (78) was the winner, Samarjot Singh (85) runner-up and Upraj Singh Mehdiratta (86) 2nd runner-up.
In Category C(Girls)- Gairat Kaur Kahlon(82) was adjudged winner, Amaira Gulati(89) runner-up and Ekamvir Kaur Bath(90) 2nd runner-up.
In Category D(Boys) - Zorawar Singh Chahal (68) was adjudged winner, Zorawar Jagir Singh (85) runner-up and Adeer Singh Bajwa (88) 2nd runner-up.
In Category D (Girls) - Paavni Bansal (87) was declared winner, Aarshiya Hooda (92) runner-up and Rea Saini (93) 2nd runner-up.
In Category E(Boys) which was played over nine holes, Angat Singh (42) was the winner. Viren Pratap Singh (45) was declared runner up and Zoraan Veer Singh Sandhu (46) 2nd runner-up.
In Category E(Girls) Anaysha Bhargava (52) was the winner, Ojasvi Diwan(55) was runner up and Rhydamvir Kaur Batth 2nd runner up.
In Category F(Boys) Kiyaan Raj Chuchra (60) was winner and Rajreet Singh Riar, runner up.
The successful completion of the second event reflects the growing popularity of junior golf and reinforces the commitment of GB Legends, Chasmah Shah Sports, and The Tee Box Golf School towards developing young athletes not just from tricity but also other parts of India who will finally become world beaters.
