Lecture on women empowerment organised in Ramgarhia Girls College

Ludhiana: Today, a lecture on the topic of Women Empowerment was organised in Ramgarhia Girls College. Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Head, Department of Hindi, Govt. College for Girls was the main resource person. Principal Dr. Inderjit Kaur and S. Ranjodh Singh President, Ramgarhia Educational Council extended a floral welcome to the esteemed guest. 

Addressing the students Dr. Rakesh Kumar asserted that contemporary era has certainly reflects the strength of women as they are setting a benchmark in almost every field. But all the struggle behind achieving this status should not be stopped until women do not get an actual equality in comparison to the men in every field. Education is one mighty tool that could enable women to achieve success. 

Principal Dr. Inderjit Kaur expressed her thoughts by saying that a woman can be considered truly empowered only if she paves the way for other counterparts either by inspiring or educating them. 

S. Ranjodh Singh while thanking Dr. Rakesh Kumar said in his address said that young women must be given opportunities to get education because only then our society can be educated and grow.
