Lecture-cum-Interactive Session on Ambitiousness versus Over ambitiousness

Jalandhar, June 4, 2019: K.M.V Collegiate Sen.Sec.School, Jalandhar’s Student Wellness Club under the aegis of Department of Student Welfare organized a motivational lecture cum interactive session for the students of 10+1 and 10+2 (Arts, Commerce and Science).
Dr.Madhumeet, Dean, Student Welfare, KMV was the resource person who made an inspiring Power Point presentation on the topic Ambitiousness versus over ambitiousness.
Addressing the students Dr.Madhumeet told the students to work hard in life. She motivated the students to have high goals in life and to strive to achieve those goals. In this interaction she gave the examples of several great personalities, their lives and struggles and taught the students how to choose an ideal role model. She also threw light on the concept of ambition and presented various instances how over ambitiousness can lead to the downfall of even the most learned men. Hence she stressed the importance of right balance in life and following the right people. The session was interactive and students were also asked questions which they promptly answer.
Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi, Principal KMV addressed the students and advised them to utilize their time in constructive activities. She lauded Dr. Madhumeet for her presentation and averred that such lectures are instrumental in encouraging the students to tread the path of righteousness which is the need of the hour in contemporary scenario. Mrs. Veena Deepak, Coordinator, Collegiate School, Mrs, Rajni Marwaha, Ms. Babita, Ms. Tripti and Mr. Sachin were present on the occasion.
