Ludhiana, July 29, 2025: Demonstrating strong confidence in the Punjab Government's Land Pooling Policy, HS Bawa, a Ludhiana resident on Tuesday submitted his consent to the Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) for the development of a new urban estate.
Bawa gave his consent letter to Deputy Commissioner Himanshu Jain, who also serves as GLADA's Chief Administrator.
Jain emphasized the Punjab Government's commitment to promoting urban development through the Land Pooling Policy. He stated that Bawa's participation underscores the growing trust in this innovative policy, which encourages landowners to partner with the government in urban development projects.
