The session focused on addressing the challenges faced by MSMEs in the fasteners industry concerning BIS certification and the newly introduced Quality Control Orders (QCOs).
Narinder Bhamra, President of FMAI, raised critical concerns over the high costs and complex processes of BIS certification, which small manufacturers find unaffordable.
