Jalandhar, May 6, 2025: Keeping the belief, DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur celebrated the labour day on 2 May, 2025 with aplomb to extend gratitude towards the supporting staff who work their fingers to the bone and keep the wheels of an organisation rolling.
On this special occasion, Supporting staff wore their own comfortable and beautiful attire which made the day feel more special for everyone involved.
The Labour Day Celebration was marked with a special programme beginning with Saraswati Vandana to welcome everyone. Students beautifully presented a cultural programme. The air was filled with vibrant energy as the students performed Bhangra with such excellence that the entire campus was infused with Punjabi flavours. The audience couldn't resist dancing to the Punjabi tunes. Various fun games were also played for enjoyment.Supporting staff was honoured by worthy Principal Sir for their tireless services leaving them feeling happy as reflected in their expressions. To cap of the festivities, delicious snacks were served, which were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone in attendance.
The day saw smiles and satisfaction on the faces of the supporting staff of the school.
Principal Dr. Yogesh Gambhir expressed his gratitude and thankfulness to all the members of the supporting staff. He sensitized students to the tireless, continuous and consistent help provided by the support staff in making our lives safe and secure.
