Jalandhar, October 22, 2025: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous), known for its consistent excellence in both academics and sports, added another feather to its cap as its volleyball team secured the silver medal in the Inter-College Volleyball Championship held at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
The championship showcased the dedication, teamwork, and determination of the KMV players, who displayed remarkable skill and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.
Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the team and commended their hard work and perseverance. She emphasized that KMV provides its sportspersons with numerous facilities, including free education, hostel, mess, and transport, supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure such as a gymnasium, health club, swimming pool, and expansive playgrounds. These exceptional amenities, she said, contribute significantly to such outstanding performances.
