KMV’s Volleyball Team Bags Champion Position in State-Level Volleyball Tournament
Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) continues to excel in sports alongside academics. In yet another major achievement, KMV’s volleyball team clinched the champion title at the Open Cash Prize State-Level Volleyball Tournament held in Gurdaspur. The team was also awarded a cash prize.

Jalandhar, November 19, 2025: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) continues to excel in sports alongside academics. In yet another major achievement, KMV’s volleyball team clinched the champion title at the Open Cash Prize State-Level Volleyball Tournament held in Gurdaspur. The team was also awarded a cash prize.
Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the players and stated that KMV provides numerous facilities to its sportspersons, including free education, hostel, mess, and transport. Students also benefit from state-of-the-art infrastructure comprising a gymnasium, health club, swimming pool, and sprawling playgrounds. She added that these exceptional facilities contribute to such outstanding performances.
Prof. Dwivedi further affirmed that KMV will continue to extend these facilities to students who consistently prove their mettle in the sports arena. The Principal also lauded the efforts of Dr. Davinder and Amandeep Kaur for this remarkable accomplishment.
