KMV’s Kanchan receives Paryavaran Ratna Award from Indian Centre for Wildlife and Environmental Studies in South Asia Region

Jalandhar: In another major achievement, Kanchan, a student of 10+2 Commerce of KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School bagged overall first position in India & has been awarded with Paryavaran Ratna award and a Gold medal in the National Level 25th Paryavaran Ratna Exam held by ICWESSAR (Indian Centre for Wildlife and Environmental Studies in South Asia Region). 
In this exam, entries from all over India were received and it is a matter of great pride that KMVite has bagged the top position in this very prestigious and highly competitive exam. It is important to mention that 300 collegiate students from all the streams participated in this exam with full zeal & enthusiasm. Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated Kanchan on her outstanding achievement. 

Prof Dwivedi averred that the students of KMV are fully rounded personalities and they always participate in plethora of meaningful activities organised by KMV at national and regional level for their holistic development. 

Principal lauded the efforts of Mrs Sadhna Tandon, Head, Department of Zoology & Environmental Sciences and Ms Sufalica Kalia for motivating the students to participate in this type of competition.
