Jalandhar, June 26, 2022: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) always aim to promote research and academic excellence with international standards. The college lays emphasis on excellence in research and motivates its staff to undertake meaningful research projects. 

In an another major achievement, Dr Rashmi Sharma, Associate Professor, PG Department of Commerce and Business Administration has been awarded Major Research Project by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) on the topic “Dynamics of Innovation Culture Among Women Entrepreneurs in Low Tech Service Industry in Punjab” with a research grant of Rs.7,28,000. 

It is pertinent to mention that Dr Rashmi is also the President, KMV’s Institution Innovation Council and keeps on organising innovative & entrepreneurial activities among the students. 

Principal Prof.(Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated Dr.Rashmi Sharma on this remarkable achievement. She highlighted that KMV focuses on the professional development of its faculty members and provides encouraging environment to them to undertake research activities.
