KMVites successfully completes employability skills training

Jalandhar, April 13, 2022: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) always strives ceaselessly to enlighten and empower its young women. As per KMV’s mission to make the students globally employable, KMV‘s Placement Cell successfully commenced Free of Cost Employability Skills Training with the leaders of the domain to impart training of the required skillset and processes. 

This specialised training program for KMV students aimed at improving the employability skills of the students. KMV students learnt a lot and were greatly benefitted by this excellent opportunity provided to them as a Value Added Program along with their curriculum. The students learnt Organisational Structure, Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, Group Discussions and Personal Interview aspects which are going to be quite relevant in the working environment as they move out of the campus for job placements. More than 200 students participated in this training with full zeal and enthusiasm. 

Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that these kind of programs are a regular feature at KMV as KMV always strives to impart practical skills to the students so that the students can excel in this highly competitive world. Madam Principal lauded the efforts of Dr. Suman Khurana, Dean, Placement Cell for providing this wonderful opportunity to the students and also motivated the students to enhance their skillset further by doing Internships and thereby achieving greater heights.
