KMV to commence writing program in collaboration with Boston University, USA

Jalandhar: In an another initiative, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya(KMV)  is introducing an innovative Writing Program in collaboration with Boston University, USA.Throwing more light on the program, Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that this Writing Program is the first of its kind in the region boasting of an entirely international curriculum, faculty and student exchanges, and practical sessions to enhance English speaking and writing skills of students. Run by the English Department, this program will be open for all the students. This collaborative  program has been designed after extensive deliberations and inputs by the faculty of Boston University namely Dr Maria Zlaveta and Dr Malavika Shetty. KMV’s Writing Program is especially designed to empower students to work and study abroad by enabling them to write and communicate impressively. This dynamic initiative of KMV will ensure that its students leave their unique imprint in jobs and academics and move in sync with the changing times. It will uniquely focus on innovative modules like creative writing, social media writing for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and technical writing leading to holistic development of students. Remaining true to its relentless commitment to women empowerment, futuristic vision, chiseling the personality of its young students, and providing lucrative avenues for career advancement, KMV’s Writing Program in collaboration with Boston University is truly a game-changer in helping its students stand tall above the rest.
