Following her state-level success, Sanjna Sharma went on to represent Punjab State at the 9th Federation Cup Wushu Championship–2025, a national-level event. She competed in the Traditional Event, Senior Category – Taijiquan Types (Female), displaying commendable skill, discipline, and sportsmanship.
