Jalandahar, August 17, 2019: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar, is going to organise a photography exhibition on August 19.
The exhibition is being organised by the Post Graduate department of Journalism and Mass communication in order to celebrate the world photography Day at Virsa Vihar, Jalandhar.
The principal of KMV Prof.Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that that the exhibition under the name Summer Muse: Magic of Camera will be inaugurated by Varinder Kumar Sharma, Deputy Commissioner, Jalandhar as the chief guest.
Chander Mohan, President, Arya Shiksha Mandal, will also grace the exhibition with his august presence Dr.Sushma Chawla, Vice President, KMV Managing Committee, Shri Alok Sondhi, General Secretary, KMV Managing Committee along with other prominent personalities of the city will grace the occasion.
In the exhibition the students of Journalism and Mass Communication will present their photographs depicting various techniques of photography such as multi exposure, light painting, micro photography, Monocrome etc.
A Short Film on the theme of 16 after 15 will also be released on the occasion. She further maintained that such type of initiatives plays a vital role in the overall development of the students and motivates the students to excel in the field of journalism.
She concluded by saying that Photography exhibition is the regular annual feature of post graduate department of Journalism & Mass Communication and wins appreciations from all quaters of society.
