KMV organises various activities for promotion and dissemination of mother language Punjabi

Jalandhar, November 26, 2022: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) in accordance with the instructions of the Department of Higher Education and Language, Government of Punjab to celebrate November 2022 as the month of Punjabi as the mother language organised various activities for the promotion and dissemination of Punjabi. The activities were organised jointly by Department of Student Welfare and PG Department of Punjabi. Expressing their love and respect for Punjabi language, students prepared beautiful slogans and posters. Along with this, the board was also prepared by the Punjabi department, making them aware about the famous writers of Punjabi language and literature world. 

Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi addressing on the occasion averred that along with the other languages, we should never forget our mother language because it always gives a different identity to all of us. It is the moral duty of all of us to promote and spread our mother language Punjabi. 

Principal lauded the efforts of Dr. Madhumeet, Dr. Iqbal Kaur & Dr. Harpreet Kaur for successfully organising the various activities.
