KMV organises Poster making competition on Innovation in Bio-Technology

Jalandhar: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organised a Poster making Competition on Innovation in Bio-Technology. The competition was organised by the Department of Bio-Technology. 

All the students of department of Bio-Technology comprising 30 teams participated in this competition. The activity was organised with an objective to inspire students to spread awareness and knowledge regarding biotechnology. The students showcased their innovative thoughts in the form of informative posters. One of the primary goals of this event was to showcase innovation in biotechnology. Sukhmanpreet and Gauri (B.Sc. Bio-Technology sem V) secured the 1st position, Arushi, and Payal (B.Sc. Bio-Technology sem III), and Rachita (B.Sc. Bio-Technology sem I) got the 2nd position whereas Rashi, Aditi, and Taniya (B.Sc. Bio-Technology sem V), and Annanaya (B.Sc. Bio-Technology sem III) acquired the 3rd position. 

Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulating all the winning participants averred that such events provide students an opportunity to showcase their talents and also provide awareness about their subject in a large manner. Madam Principal lauded the efforts of Department of Biotechnology for successfully organising this successful event.
