KMV organises poster making competition on food myths

Jalandhar, January 14, 2022: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organised a poster making competition on Food Myths. The competition was organised by the Department of Home Science. Students participated enthusiastically in this competition by expressing the importance of nutritious and balanced diet through their posters as well as various concepts related to food, importance of green vegetables in addition to the need of water in the human body and the weather cycle were also explained eloquently. Jessica got the first place in this competition, Geetika stood second while Varneet got third place. Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi while congratulating the winners of the competition averred that with such activities, the students get practical information about the subject. Along with this, she lauded the efforts made by the faculty members of the Department of Home Science for this successful event.
