KMV organises Happy Hour for the students

In a bid to foster camaraderie and create moments of joy amid the rigorous academic routine, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organised a vibrant “Happy Hour” for its students. The event, organised by the dynamic team of KMV Dance Club under the aegis of Department of Student Welfare brought students together for an evening of fun and entertainment.

Jalandhar: In a bid to foster camaraderie and create moments of joy amid the rigorous academic routine, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organised a vibrant “Happy Hour” for its students. The event, organised by the dynamic team of KMV Dance Club under the aegis of Department of Student Welfare brought students together for an evening of fun and entertainment. 

The highlight of the Happy Hour was the energetic and lively event titled “Dancezuba,” where students showcased their talents through various dance performances. The dance activities featured a diverse range of styles, from contemporary and hip-hop to traditional and cultural dances, reflecting the rich diversity of the student body. Amidst cheers and applause, students actively participated in the fun activities, creating an atmosphere of joy and celebration. 

The event served as a break from academic commitments, allowing students to unwind and connect with their peers in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. 

Principal Prof Dr Atima Sharma Dwivedi expressed delight at the success of the event and averred that our aim was to provide students with a platform to take a break, have some fun and strengthen the sense of community within the campus. She further maintained that Happy Hour event is part of KMV’s commitment to holistic student development, recognising the importance of both academic and extracurricular activities in shaping well-rounded individuals. 

Principal lauded the efforts of Dr Madhumeet, Dean, Department of Student Welfare for successfully organising the event.
