KMV organises educational trip to DLF Mall, Zirakpur

Jalandhar, May 19, 2019: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- the Heritage & Autonomous Institution, Jalandhar organized an educational trip to DLF Mall, Zirakpur, Haryana for students of M.Voc.(Retail Management). Participating with full enthusiasm students visited various departments of the mall. They gained knowledge of practical aspects related to mall management, international brands, inventory handling, ware house management, store operations, visual merchandising, fixtures and lighting, store layout and design, customer dealing etc. During the interactive session with the officials of the mall students got satisfactory answers for their queries related to various aspects of retail management.
The Principal of the college Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi appreciated the initiatives taken by the faculty of retail management for supplementing the theoretical knowledge of the students with practical exposure.
