KMV Organises Competitive Exams

Jalandhar, December 30, 2017: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar is always in forefront of providing maximum opportunities to students. Under this vision, another initiative undertaken is providing Coaching and Training to young aspirants who want to crack competitive exams like IAS, PCS, Bank PO etc. This training is provided by well-qualified, competent and dedicated faculty from KMV and outside who have thorough expertise and knowledge in their respective areas. The students being imparted training under the aegis of the KMV Centre for Competitive Exams expressed their satisfaction and also gratitude for this facility provided to them by the college.
Principal Prof Atima Sharma Dwivedi, who herself got selected for IAS but didn’t join due to her passion for academics, emphasized that women’s involvement in the decision making process will surely help in fulfilling the objective of women empowerment. She congratulated the Dean Mrs Seema Jain for Competitive Exams and Head PG Dept. of English for efficiently coordinating the smooth conduct of these classes.

Mrs Seema Jain expressed deep appreciation of the wholehearted support of all the faculty members who worked with dedication even till. Late hours, to support the whole programme and she specially lauded the efforts of Mrs Ashoo Bajaj, Dr Sabina Batra, Dr Madhumeet, Dr. Gurjot, Dr. Monica Sharma, Dr Sangeeta Prashar, Dr. Jatinderpal, Mrs Satinder, Mrs Anandprabha, Mrs Amarpreet Khurana, Mrs Ashima Sahni and Ms. Subha for smoothly running the whole programme.
