KMV NCC Cadet Simran Kaur Excels at Central Drone Training Camp in Ludhiana
Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) NCC cadet Simran kaur recently participated in a centrally organized drone camp held at Ludhiana. It was an immersive experience designed to introduce students to the world of unmanned aerial vehicles.
Jalandhar, January 19, 2026: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) NCC cadet Simran kaur recently participated in a centrally organized drone camp held at Ludhiana. It was an immersive experience designed to introduce students to the world of unmanned aerial vehicles.
During the camp, Simran Kaur learned to assemble and pilot drones, mastering essential skills such as flight control, navigation, and safety protocols. Participants also explored the technical aspects of drone technology, including the use of GPS, sensors, and camera systems. The highlight of the camp was a proper exam of flying and written exam which showcased their newly acquired skills and in this inter group competition in which jalandhar group had secured the overall first position.
Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi appreciated the trainings which were a vital part of holistic education. She appreciated Lt. Sufalica Kalia, Department of NCC for working zealously to came up with a variety of opportunities and activities everyday.
