KMV lifts Guru Nanak Dev University Inter-college Volleyball Championship Trophy

Jalandhar, December 1, 2019: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya’s Volleyball players have exhibited immense excellence by winning Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar Inter-college Volleyball Championship for the year 2019-20. KMV defeated HMV college team by a score of 3-0, Guru Nanak Dev University campus team by a score of 5-2 and Khalsa College Amritsar team by a score of 3-0. Principal Prof.(Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the victorious champs and the sports faculty comprising Mrs.Ashoo Bajaj & Dr.Davinder. She averred that players at KMV are provided many facilities which include free education, hostel, mess & transport facilities. They avail a lot from state of the art infrastructure comprising Gymnasium, Health Club, Swimming Pool and sprawling play grounds. All these exceptional facilities elicit such excellent outcomes as the glorious success in this Championship. She wished all the Champions a very bright and brilliant future and also averred that KMV will continue to support them in all their upcoming ventures. Seven players from KMV have been selected for All India Intervarsity Championship namely Manpreet, Manjinder, Kajal, Arshdeep, Manjit, Harmanpreet & Simran.
