KMV establishes discipline squad and cleanliness cops

Jalandhar, November 22, 2021: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) has always made a concerted effort to inculcate moral values in the students. In an another new initiative, KMV organised investiture ceremony of Discipline Squad and Cleanliness Cops. The initiative was done under the aegis of Student Welfare Department of the college. These committees have been established with the aim of inculcating the virtues of discipline in the students and motivating them to go ahead with hard work and dedication to achieve the goals in life as well as to ensure cleanliness of college campus and its surroundings & keeping the environment clean & green. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi addressing the occasion, explained to all the students about the importance of discipline in life and described it as the first step of success. She also highlighted the work done by Kanya Maha Vidyalaya from time to time for cleanliness and maintenance of the environment. She averred that more efforts will also be made to spread awareness in the society regarding the cleanliness. On the occasion, all the students who are a part of the discipline squad & cleanliness cops also took an oath to perform their service diligently. Madam Principal lauded the efforts of Dr Madhumeet, Dean, Department of Student Welfare for this wonderful initiative.
