KMV commences seven day NSS Camp emphasizing Youth Role in Digital India and Nation Building

Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organized a seven-day NSS camp based on the theme “ Youth for My Bharat’’ and “Youth for Digital India”. This seven-day camp will provide volunteers with a platform to engage in constructive community service while gaining leadership qualities.

Jalandhar: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organized a seven-day NSS camp based on the theme “ Youth for My Bharat’’ and “Youth for Digital India”. This seven-day camp will provide volunteers with a platform to engage in constructive community service while gaining leadership qualities. 

The first day of the camp commenced with the inaugural session chaired by Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi. Dhruv Mittal, Treasurer, KMV Managing Committee also graced the occasion. During her inaugural address, Madam Principal highlighted upon the youth’s role in advancing digital India and the constructive use of Artificial Intelligence. Her insights encouraged NSS volunteers to use technology for their own as well as for the progress of society. She emphasized on the role of youth in the nation building and motivated NSS Volunteers to work for a social cause. In the end, she motivated volunteers to carry out activities under NSS camp with full enthusiasm and zeal and to make optimum use of this platform for social service. A vibrant cultural programme followed, where NSS volunteers reflected their talents by celebrating India’s digital transformation and innovation, reinforcing the vision of one week long special NSS camp. 

Ashima Sahni NSS Programme Officer, Dr Sonik Bhatia, Anand Prabha, Dr Iqbal Singh and Jaspreet discussed with volunteers about schedule of the activities to be followed for one week, fostering leadership, national responsibility and duty towards community.
