KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School Organizes a Power Point Presentation Competition

Jalandhar, May 29, 2019: KMV Collegiate Senior Secondary School, Jalandhar organised a Power Point Presentation Competition on various topics of Mathematics such as Mathematics in daily life, Sets theory, Relations and Functions, Trigonometry etc. in order to judge the hidden talent of the students. More than 30 students of 10+1 and 10+2 of collegiate school participated in this event. During the competition, students wonderfully depicted the application of Mathematics with the help of various power point presentations. In this event Harsimranpreet and Meghdeep Kaur from 10+2 (Non-Medical) jointly stood first, Jaspreet, Ashwinder, Rajmale and Vishakha from 10+2 stood second, Nidhi and Vanita from 10+1 stood third and Sweety, Partiksha and Simrandeep from 10+2 got the Consolation prizes.
Principal Prof.(Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi appreciated the students for their innovative ideas in making power point presentation and exploring the world outside the classroom. She averred that such type of activities plays a pivotal role in motivating the young students to explore all the aspects of the subject. She also lauded the efforts of the Mathematics department for organising this student oriented activity.
