KMV celebrates Festival of Christmas with fervour

Jalandhar: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya celebrated the auspicious festival of Christmas with religious gaiety, fervour and enthusiasm. Various activities were organised by the PG Department of English & Department of Student Welfare jointly for the students to celebrate the festival of Christmas. Activities held during the celebration aimed at improving knowledge, friendship and sense of belonging among the students. 

Various activities such as Christmas Carols & English Songs, Christmas Card making & Poetry competition were held during the celebration. Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi gave her kind wishes to all the students and the faculty members of the college on this auspicious occasion and averred that the message of Jesus Christ of Universal Brotherhood, Communal Harmony and the service of poor should motivate each and every person to contribute for the betterment of the society. She also wished that this bonhomie and harmony should ever prevail in KMV. 

Principal lauded the efforts of Dr Madhumeet, Head, PG Department of English for successfully organising the celebrations.
