KMV announces proficiency enhancing certificate courses for students joining KMV 

Jalandhar: In an innovative initiative, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya has announced free of cost proficiency enhancing certificate courses for all the students joining KMV. These certificate courses have been designed in order to prepare students to acquire new & innovative education in various different fields. These certificate courses include Foundation Course in Yoga Science, Information Technology Skills, Spoken English, Elementary Course in Physics, Fundamental Course in Mathematics, Fundamental Course in Humanities & Social Sciences, Dance Course & Cosmetology Course: Beauty Tips. Each of these courses will be of 10 days in duration. 
Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that KMV has taken the initiative of offering these courses for the overall personality development of the students as students will be able to avail a lot from these valuable programs. She emphasized on the fact that KMV has it own Advanced Online Learning Management System (LMS) & moreover, under autonomous system KMV has upgraded its syllabi in accordance to the international standards so that the students should be trained according to the requirements of 21st century world. Madam Principal lauded the efforts of Mrs. Parminder Kaur, Head, PG Department of Physics, Dr Madhumeet, Head, PG Department of English, Dr Gurjot, Head, Department of History, Mrs. Indu Bhatt, Head, PG Department of Economics, Mrs Suman Khurana, Head PG Dept of Comp and IT, Mrs Veena Deepak, Dr Neeraj Sharma Mrs Poonam, Head, PG Department of Music & Ms. Tarandeep, Dean, PG Department of Cosmetology for this initiative. It is worth a mention here that during the lockdown period when everything was at standstill, it was only KMV that organized various free online courses for the whole society namely three batches of Spoken English course, Basics of Photography & Video Skills course, Course on Five Beauty Skills, Dance Course & Course on Drawing & Painting. All these online courses received a huge response from all over the society.
