Chandigarh, June 15, 2015: With schools on a hiatus for the annual summer holidays, Cartoon Network and Elante Mall will provide the best and most exciting holiday experience for kids with various fun games, workshops, summer-camps and the ultimate opportunity to meet their favourite superheroes - Ben 10 and Kris (from the Roll No. 21 series).
Elante, the region’s favourite hangout for shopping and merrymaking, is organising the Elante Summer Fun carnival in association with Cartoon Network. The 10-day carnival, which started today, will go on till 21 June 2015 and will organize various activities themed around Cartoon Network’s most popular franchises - Ben 10 and Roll No. 21. Kids can engage in art and craft workshops, dance workshops, basketball challenges, magic shows, chocolate and biscuit making classes and many more activities across designated Ben 10 and Roll No. 21 zones in the mall.
The opening day of the “Elante Summer Fun” also served as a launch pad for the 10-day long Talent Hunt for kids, which is a part of this carnival.
However, the biggest bonanza for kids is the once-in-a-lifetime chance to meet their favourite superheroes Ben 10 and Kris over the duration of this carnival. Kids can enjoy the meet and greet session with Ben 10 on 14 June 2015 and Kris on 21 June 2015 at 3pm-4pm 5pm-6pm 7pm-8pm only at Elante Mall.
“My daughter had a gala time today, all thanks to Elante Summer Fun carnival. I have never seen her so happy and excited like she was today when participating in the different activities. I am looking forward to bringing her to the mall for all the remaining days of the carnival”, said Ms Suman Sharma who had brought her daughter Lavanya to enjoy the carnival.
Commenting on the idea behind holding this event, Mr Manoj Agarwal, Head of Operations, Elante Mall, said, “At Elante, we feel that our mall is a place where people not only shop or eat but are able to spend great time with their families and create happy memories. We have seen that kids always have a great time at our mall. So with schools having summer holidays, we decided to create an exciting experience for the kids coming to the mall which would be a blend of both fun and learning through a host of activities. Through the 10-day ‘Elante Summer Fun’ carnival we have tried to do just that and going by the strong response on the first day itself, the remaining 9 days are sure to be a super fun-filled ride”.

As a matter of fact, just like my kids, I too had a great time and enjoyed every bit of all the activities in which they participated. The Elante Summer Fun carnival is excellent initiatives by the mall that combines learning and fun and will surly make these summer holidays a memory to be cherished for life,” said Parul Vyas, who had brought her kids Rudransh and Anamaya to Elante for the event.
