Ludhiana, October 12, 2019: The dazzling day at PCTE kick-started with Ehsaas - an Inter-College Competition, where around 50 Colleges like NIT Jalandhar, BCET Gurdaspur, Shri Aurobindo College of Commerce & Management, S.C.D Government College, Amritsar College of Engineering & Technology, Thapar University, I.K.G Punjab Technical University Hoshiarpur and many more participated in the Fest, which included events like Solo Song, Solo Dance, Group Dance, Dumb Charades along with few Literary events like Quiz, JAM, Extempore, and PICTO. The campus was buzzing with bright colors and enthusiastic faces of the participants and the audience who were gripped by the excitement of the fest.
The overall trophy of Ehsaas 2019 was bagged by Kamla Lohtia Sanatan Dharam College. In Group Dance the first position was bagged by DD Jain College followed by PAU Engineering College who bagged the second position, the third position was bagged by Kamla Lohtia College. In Solo Song the first position was bagged by Jaskaran Singh from Kamla Lohtia College, the second position was bagged by Gurleen Kaur from GNE College and the third position was bagged by Savneet from Bajaj College.
In Solo Dance the first position was bagged by Guru Nanak Girls College, the second position was bagged by Kamla Lohtia College and the third position was bagged by Master Tara Singh College.In Face Painting, the first position was bagged by Ramgarhia College followed by Kamla Lohtia College who bagged the second position and the third position was bagged by Guru Nanak Institute.
In Just a Minute, the first position was bagged by Thapar University, the second position was bagged by Kamla Lohtia Sanatan Dharam College and the third position was bagged by GGN Khalsa College Pharmacy.In Quiz the first position was bagged by IKG PTU Main Campus, the second position was bagged by SCD Government College and the third position was bagged by HMV Jalandhar. In Extempore the first position was bagged by Sri Aurobindo College, followed by Bhutta Group of Colleges who bagged the second position and the third position was bagged by GNE College.
Appreciating the efforts of all the teams, Dr. KNS Kang, Director General said, “We focus on providing a wonderful platform to the students coming from different colleges to showcase their talent in various events. Such events help in overall development of the student, he added. He congratulated all the participants.
