Kairi begins to get drawn to Yug’s secret alter ego Mr. Majnu in Sony SAB’s Ufff…Yeh Love Hai Mushkil

Sony SAB’s Ufff…Yeh Love Hai Mushkil continues to captivate audiences with its heartfelt storytelling and emotionally charged twists. At the heart of the show is the bittersweet connection between Yug Sinha (Shabir Ahluwalia), a brilliant yet emotionally guarded lawyer who hides his wounds behind a stern and stoic exterior, and Kairi Sharma (Ashi Singh), a hopeful, young girl who believes love can heal all. Though fate seems determined to intertwine their paths, their opposing worldviews and haunted pasts create constant friction. In the latest episodes, the duo sets aside their differences to search for Kairi’s missing sister, Imarti (Deepal Satija) only to stumble upon a harrowing truth: Imarti was kidnapped by none other than her estranged father, Kundan (Manvendra Jha), whose return shakes the very foundation of their lives.
In the upcoming episodes, viewers will see Kairi navigating an emotional storm as she tries to protect her siblings. Amidst the chaos, Kairi discovers a set of old audio tapes titled “Mr. Majnu.” Drawn to the calm, empathetic voice on the tapes, Kairi finds herself forming a deep, emotional connection with this anonymous confidant, unaware that the man behind the voice is none other than Yug himself, speaking through his secret alter ego. As “Mr. Majnu,” Yug unknowingly becomes Kairi’s anchor, offering her comfort, perspective, and strength just when she needs it most. His words help her mend Kairi’s broken family ties and begin reclaiming her place in a world she thought she had lost. But while Kairi is slowly being drawn towards this unseen guide, she still sees Yug as the root of her pain, never suspecting that the man she blames is the same one quietly helping her heal.
What will happen when Kairi discovers that the man helping her heal, is the same man she believes destroyed her life?
Ashi Singh, who plays the role of Kairi Sharma in Ufff…Yeh Love Hai Mushkil, shared, “Kairi is in such a vulnerable space, juggling so many battles at once, trying to protect her siblings and face Kundan’s manipulation, and then suddenly, she finds solace in the voice of a stranger. What I love about this track is that it shows how human connection can come from the most unexpected places. Without even knowing it, Kairi starts leaning on Yug’s alter ego for emotional strength. And the irony is—she’s falling for the very man she believes has wronged her. As an actor, being able to bring that to life, to show that slow transformation from pain to hope, is incredibly fulfilling. I can’t wait for the audience to witness how this unique bond between Kairi and the mysterious ‘Mr. Majnu’ unfolds and what it means for her and Yug’s story ahead.”
