Janmashtami Celebrated with Great Enthusiasm at Ivy World School

Jalandhar, August 16, 2025: Ivy World School, under the aegis of the Vasal Education Society, celebrated the auspicious festival of Janmashtami with devotion and vibrant cultural performances. The celebration witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, creating a joyful and spiritually uplifting atmosphere on campus.
A special morning assembly was organized to mark the birth of Lord Krishna. The event began with a skit based on Gokul Dham, beautifully portraying scenes from Lord Krishna’s childhood. This was followed by a mesmerizing dance performance reflecting the divine joy of Krishna Janma, captivating everyone present.
The soulful celebration continued with a devotional bhajan performed by the students, adding a serene and spiritual touch to the occasion.
After the assembly, students took part in various classroom activities that creatively showcased the festive spirit. Children enthusiastically engaged in Matki decoration, flute crafting, crown and mask making, immersing themselves in the traditions associated with Lord Krishna.
The celebration concluded with words of appreciation from the management Vasal Education— President K. K. Vasal, Chairman Sanjeev Kumar Vasal, Vice President Ena Vasal, CEO Raghav Vasal, and Director Aditi Vasal— who applauded the initiative.
The Director Principal also commended the students and staff for their efforts in making the event meaningful and memorable. She emphasized the importance of cultural celebrations in nurturing values and enriching the educational experience.
The day was not only a celebration of devotion but also a reflection of India’s vibrant cultural heritage, bringing joy and learning together.
