PCM SD College for Women holds essay writing competition 

Jalandhar: Re-accredited with A+ grade by NAAC, PCM SD College for Women, Jalandhar held an online Essay Writing Competition on the occasion of Guru Teg Bahadur’s 400th birth anniversary organized by Department of Punjabi. The Guru’s biography and teachings were the topics of the competition. Students of varied streams participated in the same. 
The objective of the event was to instill in students positivity by living a noble life modelled on the doctrines of Gurubani. 
Winners of the competition were honoured with cash prizes by Principal Dr. Kiran Arora. Arshpreet bagged first position and received a cash prize of Rs. 1000/-. Shivani received second prize with a cash of Rs. 700/- and Nagma Singh made it to third position with a cash prize of Rs. 500/-. Principal applauded the achievers on their success.
