IWC Jalandhar Celebrates International Inner Wheel Day with Week-Long Community Service Initiatives

Keeping this objective in mind, IWC Jalandhar celebrated the occasion over an entire week by carrying out various meaningful projects, thereby observing Inner Wheel Day in its true spirit.

IWC Jalandhar Celebrates International Inner Wheel Day with Week-Long Community Service Initiatives

Jalandhar, January 12, 2026: To mark International Inner Wheel Day, clubs are encouraged to organize healthcare camps and undertake community service initiatives. Keeping this objective in mind, IWC Jalandhar celebrated the occasion over an entire week by carrying out various meaningful projects, thereby observing Inner Wheel Day in its true spirit.
The following projects were undertaken during the week:
A small Blood Donation Camp was organized, during which 30 units of blood was collected under emergency requirements and handed over to the Civil Hospital for children undergoing treatment for Thalassemia.
50 Blankets were distributed at Kusht Aashram to provide warmth and comfort to the residents.
Kits containing eatables, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other essential items were distributed to underprivileged Sunday School children at Arya Model Mandir School. A yoga session was also conducted for the children.
50 Cement sacks were donated to Aakhri Umeed to support the ongoing construction of rooms for the needy.
A family whose house was completely damaged due to fire was provided with essential household items and warm clothing to help them restart their lives.
A bicycle was gifted to a needy single mother to support her daily commute and livelihood.
