Jalandhar, November 13, 2022: Recently ,the students of Ivy World School participated in 1st ISKF Open District Karate Championship, 2022 organised by Naina Karate Academy, Nawashahar (S.B.S Nagar, Punjab) . There were rows of crowning accomplishments. Shiven Mahajan of Grade IV Everest won a Gold medal in Kumite 30kg weight category, Mannat Saluja of Grade VII Nile won a Gold medal in Kumite-45kg weight category. Sehajveer Kaur of Grade V Pearls and Nancy Joshi of Grade VI Mars added another feather to the cap by clinching a silver medal in Kumite-45kg weight and 40kg weight category. The glory doesn't end here Rajwinder Singh Ghuman of Grade VII Indus won a Silver medal in Kumite-50kg weight category.
The Principal, S Chauhan congratulated the students for their extraordinary participation and gave them blessings for a successful future. She also appreciated the efforts of the sports educators. Further, she exclaimed that the children left everyone awe-struck as they presented their talent so immaculately.
The President of Vasal Education Society, K K Vasal, The Chairman Sanjeev Kumar Vasal, The Vice President Ena Vasal, The CEO Mr. Raghav Vasal, and The Director, Aditi Vasal appreciated the enthralling participation of students. They congratulated and blessed the students for bringing laurels to the school and making them proud.
