Ivy World School salutes the nation

Jalandhar, January 26, 2015: Ivy World School, Jalandhar celebrated India's 66th Republic Day with great pride and patriotic fervour.

The event witnessed active participation from the budding leaders of the nation and the teachers alike. The festivities commenced with the flag hoisting ceremony followed by national anthem, evoking a strong sense of nationalism in everybody. A soulful song and inspiring speeches were presented by the Ivyians to mark the occasion.

The august gathering was addressed by the co-ordinator Imtazul Husain. He motivated the scholars by iterating the values and ethos that our country stands for. He told the students that the future of India lies on their young shoulders and they must do everything possible in order to make India a developed nation.

The event culminated with the spirit of patriotism flying high and the young Ivyians taking a pledge to be better citizens of India.
