“Iqbal sir keeps bringing chocolates, cakes and sweets for us”: Jyoti Tiwari on her bond with co-stars from Sony SAB’s Yaadein
Sony SAB’s Yaadein continues to explore new relationships and experiences as the story has moved to the village of Killari. With this shift, the show has also welcomed Jyoti Tiwari, who essays the role of Suhasini. Suhasini, is a villager who was earlier treated by Dr Dev, and has now become one of the villagers who supports Dr Dev. As she settles into the new setting, Jyoti has been enjoying the experience of working with co-stars Iqbal Khan and Gulki Joshi. She shares that working together regularly has helped them develop a comfortable bond, making it easier to perform scenes, exchange ideas and enjoy the shooting process.
For Jyoti, it is the little moments between shots that make the experience even more special. From sharing laughter during long shooting days to learning from her co-stars, these interactions have helped create a warm and positive atmosphere on set. She also appreciates how both actors bring their own personalities and energy to the team, making the working environment comfortable and enjoyable.
Talking about her experience Jyoti Tiwari shared, “My experience with Iqbal sir and Gulki has been really fun, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed spending time with both of them on set. I still remember that on my very first day, Iqbal sir brought chocolates for us, and he continues to do so! He keeps bringing chocolates, cakes, sweets and sometimes even chips for everyone. I think these small gestures make the atmosphere on set so warm and comfortable. It’s a really sweet quality of his. Gulki has also been extremely sweet to all of us. Sometimes, I go to her for advice on how I can improve a scene, and she patiently guides me and shares some really helpful suggestions. It is lovely to have co-stars who make you feel so comfortable and are always willing to help.”
