International Tiger Day 2022 celebrated at Ludhiana Zoo 
Ludhiana Zoo Incharge Narinder Singh along with District Forest Officer Ludhiana Harbhajan Singh, Vikramjit Kundra IFS, DFO Wild Life launched to portrait in presence of Nature Artist Harpreet Sandhu at Ludhiana Zoo.

Ludhiana, July 29, 2022: 29th July 2022 As the International Tiger Day is observed every year all over the World on July 29, hence to raise awareness about the importance of the conservation of Tigers, it’s essential to highlight Tigers Day as more than half of the World's Wild Tigers live in our Country.  Its need of hour to protect this endangered species which is preserved well in our city at Tiger Safari. So we all must pledge to raise awareness and celebrate our national animal as their survival is in our hands. 
A special portrait depicting meaningful message “Tigers have always inspired us to be strong and they also have a special place on Earth” has been prepared by Nature Artist Harpreet Sandhu with aim to promote the importance of International Tiger Day within the Citizens of Ludhiana at one and only habitat of our National Animal ‘Tiger’ in Ludhiana at Tiger Safari.
